Well-known TV personality Miranda Cosgrove returned the project that made her the highest-paid child actor.
As known, back in December, it was officially announced that Cosgrove, who best known for portraying ‘Carly Shay‘ in the Nickelodeon teen sitcom ‘iCarly,’ would reprise her role in a series revival. Four months after the announcement which cheered up ‘iCarly’ fans, the 27-year-old star jumped into her verified Instagram account to share the updates regarding filming.
On March 20, Cosgrove posted a series of photos from the set and stated that she ended the first week working on the revival. Alongside the photos, in one of which she is seen in a pink fluffy dress in the makeup room, Cosgrove wrote:
“Just wrapped the first week working on the iCarly Revival 💖 Enjoying every second… the last pic is a belated St. Patrick’s Day treat.”
Following the post, a great number of Instagram users, including notable names in the celebs world, flooded the comments section. Underneath the post that received more than 1.5M likes in 24 hours, the following comments were left:
“Break a leg Miranda! Very excited to see the show! ☺️” wrote, ‘Danger Force’ director Mike Caron.
“Can we get one of those cookies?!” added the Instagram account for Paramount+ by referring to the ‘iCarly’ cookies that are seen in the photos.
