Justin Bieber: “I Have Benefited Off Of Black Culture”

Justin Bieber, who is one of the world’s best-selling music artists with more than 150 million records, posted a statement through the Instagram page and spoke out about the influence of black culture on him & his career.

The teen idol Justin Bieber used the following statements to express that the black culture is his inspiration:

“I am inspired by black culture.

I have benefited off of black culture.

“My style, how I sing, dance, perform, and my fashion have all been influenced and inspired by black culture.”

The 26-year-old Bieber announced he will use hereafter his social media channels to fight against racial inequality, and pointed out that the system needs to be changed:

“I am committed to using my platform from this day forward to learn, to speak up about racial injustice and systemic oppression, and to identify ways to be a part of much-needed change.”

In return, his followers left comments as follows:

“Amen to this. I owe so much to the black artists that influenced me and taught me nearly everything. #blacklivesmatter” said, singer Ernie Halter.

“Love this & so true of all of us about how we talk, sing, walk, dance, play basketball, play football, so many things are better because of people who happen to be black as their race. No matter the color, you’re still my brother & my sister. We are all God’s children ❤️🙏” added, Sharee Diederich.
