Actor and singer Jamie Lynn Spears, best known for her role as ‘Zoey Brooks‘ on Nickelodeon’s ‘Zoey 101,’ posted a pair of TBT photos from the times she was pregnant with her second daughter, Ivey Joan Watson.
Alongside the photos, in which she appears wearing a short, and a sports jacket in a hotel room, she added a caption to talk about how is a pregnant woman’s life, especially when she is working outside. The sibling of Britney Spears wrote:
“#TbT to when I was around 10 weeks preggers with Ivey in a hotel somewhere, while traveling for work. I remember I had already thrown up like 3 times before 9 am, but got dressed and went to all my meetings like normal.”
The 29-year-old star continued by saying that photos do not always reflect the truth, and stated that she was trying to do her best as a pregnant businesswoman:
“So, what appears to be another set of selfies from some self-centered a-hole, was actually a sick pregnant woman trying her best not to barf. It’s funny how little we actually know just by looking at a picture.🤢🤳🏼😬”
Weeks before these pregnant TBTs, in an interview with Nylon Magazine, Spears told about her first pregnancy at age 16. As known, in 2007, the star became a subject of media attention as soon as she had announced the news, which caused great controversy because of her young age.
The mother of two – 12-year-old Maddie Briann Aldridge and 2-year-old Ivey Joan Watson – said regarding her teenage pregnancy during the interview by criticizing the news outlets:
“I am mortified to have to tell my parents this and my family this. I do not care what TMZ thinks about it. That was all I was thinking about: ‘These are the people I love that I have to tell, and also, I’m pregnant. There’s a human being growing inside of me, and I’m so young, I’m almost a baby myself.’”
