Seventeen-time NAACP Image Award winner, Alicia Keys turned 40 on January 25, and this milestone was a great opportunity for her and producer husband Swizz Beatz to voice their endless love.
Through Instagram, Swizz Beatz, who recently announced that he returned to his vegan lifestyle, released multiple posts to mark Keys’ 40th birthday; he included a variety of pictures and videos of her wifey, some of which taken during their birthday holiday where a huge party was held with a group of local musicians. Along with the posts, Beatz, born Kasseem Dean, repeatedly wrote that he is feeling blessed to have Keys, whose music “saved so many people with love.”
On his latest Instagram post, companied by a photo of the two that sees them about to kiss each other in the middle of the ocean, Dean clarified their birthday holiday by saying that he likes surprising his wife with crazy adventures and gifts from their kids, and then recalled a sweet memory of their traveling to Africa:
“I remember seeing your face on the walls in all the hospitals we visit. Then I asked you jokingly if you owned these hospitals and you casually said, yes 👀 I’m like how the hell I didn’t know you owned them and we’re married? 🤷🏽♂️ That’s when I knew you were totally selfless and the ultra-real deal.”
Meanwhile, the 40-year-old took to her Instagram, released a series of photos from the days she spent with her husband of ten years and thanked him for the great birthday celebrating as saying that it is impossible to forget it. 15-time Grammy Award-winning artist continued her tribute as follows:
“My love…. honestly I’m speechless. You really love me huh?? 😍😍😍💦I ADORE you! Thank you for ALWAYS showing me that I’m the most important thing in the Galaxy to you. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💜💜💜.”
Both Dean and Keys‘ posts received countless positive feedback from their fans & followers and well-known friends. Especially Keys’ post was flooded by the congratulatory messages.
As known, the ‘Empire State of Mind’ singer and Dean started dating in 2010, the same year they announced their engagement. On July 31, the couple tied the knots in a private ceremony.
