Travis Scott Releases Song For ‘Tenet’ And Receives Praises From Christopher Nolan

The six-time Grammy Award winner Travis Scott officially released a new single ‘The Plan’ the lead track to the soundtrack of Christopher Nolan’s ‘Tenet’ the other day, through social media. Regarding the new music release, Scott posted the cover art and wrote briefly on Instagram:

“La flame x TENET

The plan

A Nolan film”

As remember, a few days ago Scott spoke to GQ and said on the movie, directed by Christopher Nolan and starring John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh:

It’s very fire. I can’t even explain it. You literally just have to watch it.”

In response to these kind words, Nolan, who received 34 Oscar nominations and ten wins throughout his directing career, praised Scott in a new interview in GQ. He described Scott’s contribution as “final piece of a yearlong puzzle:”

“His insights into the musical and narrative mechanism Ludwig Göransson and I were building were immediate, insightful, and profound. His voice became the final piece of a yearlong puzzle.”

After having been delayed three times due to the Coronavirus pandemic, finally, the highly anticipated ‘Tenet’ has been scheduled to be released on August 26, 2020.
