American actress, model, and producer Riley Keough, who has appeared in independent films, shared an emotional tribute following the death of her brother, Benjamin Keough.
Keough took to her Instagram page and wrote as follows along with a series of photos of herself with brother Benjamin:
“Mornings are the hardest. I forget you’re gone. I can’t cry because of the fear that I will never stop. A pain that’s new to me.”
Her brother Benjamin, the son of Lisa Marie Presley and grandson of Elvis Presley, died by suicide on July 12, when he was just 27. He made headlines due to his resemblance to his grandfather.
The ‘The Good Doctor’ actress called Benjamin as “baby brother” and “best friend” and said that he was too sensitive for this cruel world. Keough continued:
“I hope you give me the strength to endure the giant hole you’ve left in my heart. I hope you give me the strength to eat. I hope you’re cradled in love. I hope you feel my love. I hope you feel god. You are god.”
After expressing she is totally heartbroken, the 31-year-old actress concluded her words with the followings:
“I can’t believe you’ve left me. Not you sweet Ben Ben. Anyone but you. I guess this is true heartbreak. I hope we meet again.”
