Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski, who is an advocate for women’s health issues, took the streets to protest George Floyd’s death and police violence.
As already known, 46-year-old African-American George Floyd killed by a police officer, although he was unarmed. To protest this devastating case, Emily Ratajkowski hit the streets in Los Angeles, like the other celebrities Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly, and Kendrick Sampson.
Also known as Emrata, Emily shared snapshots from the streets on Instagram, and captioned the photos as follows:
“DISMANTLE POWER STRUCTURES OF OPPRESSION #defundthepolice #justiceforgeorgefloyd #blacklivesmatter,”
As can be seen in one of the photos, Emrata holds a placard which “DISMANTLE POWER STRUCTURES OF OPPRESSION” is written on, while she’s wearing a coronavirus mask.
After this sharing, many people supported her with comments:
“BIG RESPECT, I wish I could have been there!” said, Laura Mae.
