Dwayne Johnson, who has been marked as one of the most idealized father figures, graced the cover of PEOPLE magazine’s latest issue and opened up his experience as a father-of-three during the deadly coronavirus pandemic, ahead of Father’s Day.
So as to announce the exciting news regarding his featuring on the cover, The Rock fired up his verified social media accounts: On Instagram, the star, who is quite excited about the forthcoming superhero film ‘Black Adam‘ where he is serving as lead actor, wrote that this cover means a lot and thanked.
In the caption section, the former wrestler, who is the father to their daughters Simone, Jasmine, and Tia, then got candid about his experience as a father by stating that pandemic taught him so much; in his own words:
“What an unpredictable, wild past year it’s been for all of us. New perspective. New gratitude. I realize that the things that matter most in life are the things that are always right in front of us. Family. Friends. Mana.”
After that, the ‘Jungle Cruise ‘ star stated that the whole process of shooting cover which was held in his home state of Hawaii was perfect. In the last part of his caption, he wished everybody a happy Father’s Day by saying:
“And Happy Father’s Day weekend to all my fellow, hard-working, tequila drinkin’, joke tellin’, committed fathers out there.”
