Hilaria Baldwin, the wife of Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin, can’t get enough of showing her “perfect-shaped” body through her verified social media accounts.
On June 24, Baldwin, who is the mother of 6 kids, jumped into her verified Instagram account and shared a short routine of exercises that help her to look perfectly fit; she added a video, in which she is moving side to side, front to back while carrying her baby. Alongside the video also showing her well-built abdomen, the mother-of-six wrote in the caption section:
“After 5 babies out of my body, 3 chemical pregnancies, 1 miscarriage at 9 weeks, 1 at 4 months, and a round of IVF, resulting in Marilu—my body has gone on quite a journey for the family we have. I have done my fair share of self abuse…but, through much work on my mental health, I’ve learned to be grateful for her and support her.”
Telling of one more time that, she had an IVF – in vitro fertilization – after welcoming 5 children with her husband, Baldwin, continued her message as follows:
“Don’t torture your body into shape-you and she deserve so much more. If we focus on feeling and intention, we nurture and energize our bodies into a healthy and loved space. All the rest follows. Sometimes it is just the perspective, intention, and shifting goal that needs to be redirected.”
Via the post, the Yoga instructor also answered back to the criticism that she badly influences new moms by praising well-built bodies just after delivery. Baldwin, who has been under the media spotlight due to “faking her Spanish roots” rumors, concluded her message by saying that all bodies are capable and worthy.
