“Pop Punk Queen” wants to team up with “The Princess of Pop” for Halloween!
On May 11, Britney Spears, who has been under the media spotlight due to the conservatorship case, took to her verified Instagram account, released a photo of herself in a green catsuit, and announced that she has already started to pick up a costume for Halloween.
Alongside the photo in which she is looking gorgeous in a highly tight, bright green catsuit that exposes her chest, Spears wrote the following message as a caption:
“I missed Halloween last year. Any ideas on who I should be this year? Dear Lord I’m rooting for all of you nice folks this year as well … Fu*k off COVID. Here’s to a great rest of 2021!”
The multiple-time Grammy Award-winning star concluded her message by saying that there is no touch-ups or filter on the photo. Apart from numerous comments from her fans and followers, regarding that she looks perfect in the costume, Spears also received a message from well-known Canadian singer & songwriter Avril Lavigne.
Underneath the photo, Lavigne, who recently released a song called ‘Flames‘ with her boyfriend Mod-Sun, made a costume recommendation for Spears. She wrote in the comments section:
“Hi Babe! I think you should dress up as me this year! And I’ll be you 😉 xoxo”
Of course, Lavigne’s recommendation received a great number of likes and comments; however, Spears did not reply to her. Besides, as many of the fans of the stars, who made history in the 2000s, we hope that it comes true.
