‘The Real‘ host Tamera Mowry goes on inspiring her fans & followers with her candid Instagram posts focusing on her daily struggles.
Mowry, who rose to fame with her role as ‘Tamera Campbell‘ on the fan-favorite sitcom ‘Sister, Sister‘ posted a photo of herself, in comfy clothes and without makeup stated that she gave herself a little break to feel better.
Writing that she thinks it is quite important to recall that “what people post on social media can just be the highlight reel of their lives” and added:
“I wanted to remind you all that I do have days where I feel like giving up, feel a little bit more challenged, fatigued, anxious, and even a little down. I’m human.”
Reminding her fans and followers that feeling in this way is normal as a human going through those painful times, the actor also told off the things helping her to cope with negatives in life:
“It’s imperative to have an amazing support group, prayer partners, #faith, unconditional #love and the drive to always push forward. I find that #exercise helps as well. Endorphins are God’s natural positive mood boosters. Keep the body moving.”
Before the abovementioned post, as fans might remember, the ‘Home & Family‘ star took to her verified Instagram account in previous weeks and highlighted the power of exercising by saying that it totally changed her life. At that time, she also stated that she is proud of her body and spirit.
