British comedian and writer Sacha Baron Cohen paid a sweet tribute for his wife Isla Fisher’s 45th birthday and shared a throwback photo on his verified Instagram account and penned down a hilarious note.
The 49-year-old actor penned down an unprecedented funny but also entertaining tribute under a photograph of his beloved wife, whom he met in 2002 at a party in Sydney, Australia and got engaged in 2004, tying the knot on March 15, 2010. They share two daughters, Olive and Elula, and a son, Montgomery.
In his birthday tribute, Cohen wrote as if he forgot his wife’s birthday saying he found out by chance with the following words:
“I was just scrolling through Instagram and found out that it’s my wife’s birthday.”
The comedian then continued joking about getting a gift for Isla Fisher quickly as he didn’t have a proper excuse for forgetting this special day.
“Need a good excuse for not having a present…quick!!! (Happy Birthday my darling).”
Following the post, followers of the actor jumped into the comments section to wish a happy birthday to the talented actress too and one of them was Courteney Cox from ‘Friends.’
She wrote: “Present is coming. It’s not feb 3 for another hour! You got this! Hurry ♥️”
