Well-known rapper Iggy Azalea, born Amethyst Amelia Kelly, released a long Twitter thread to criticize her ex, Playboi Carti.
On Christmas Eve, Azalea, who recently announced through her Instagram account that she is now a single woman, wrote on Twitter that Playboi Carti preferred partying with a girl, whom he previously cheated on her during her entire pregnancy, instead of seeing their nine-month-old son Onyx. In her own words:
“Too bad you got an album out but can’t even come to Christmas with your own son. Imagine not flying out your family on Christmas but you have the girl you cheated on my entire pregnancy at your album party and magically me and my son can’t come for Christmas anymore? TRASH.”
Even though she did not give a name, it was clear that she was talking about Playboi Carti, who released his second album on Christmas Eve. In another tweet, Azalea continued condemning Carti:
“This man had a whole family vacation to planned 48hrs ago & I hope this message gets to you girl. Although you hid in a whole closet from my housekeeper so it’s not like you have any dignity I guess.”
Then the rapper clarified why she had not talked about the cheating issue before and slammed also the girl who is with Carti by saying:
“And I’ve not said anything (and could say much more) for the longest time because I know the net won’t side with me & that I’m hated. But Christmas? And this bi**h “proud” of you in her stories? LMFAO I’ve covered for so long hoping you’d do better. A lot of women relate.”
Azalea went on saying in the other tweet; stating that Carti, whose real name is Jordan Carter, was literally at her house the other night and he said he really loves his son’s mother, added that this is not cool at all.
According to claims of the rapper, Carter has not cared about his son Onyx, since the day he was born, so much so that, he did not stop playing PlayStation throughout the pandemic, so she had to welcome their son all alone.
Azalea also claimed that Jordan Carter “has still refused to sign his birth certificate” even though Onyx was a planned baby. She continued:
“He’s 9months old. Won’t even give his son he claims to care so much about his own last name.”
Then the ‘Black Widow’ hitmaker shared the birth certificate through Twitter.
