Nikkie De Jager Announces That Her New Docuseries ‘NikkieTutorials: Layers Of Me’ To Be Released On YouTube

Well-known YouTuber Nikkie De Jager, also known as by her channel name NikkieTutorial, told the world that her brand new documentary series, titled, ‘NikkieTutorials: Layers Of Me‘ would  be released on December 28 at 12pm ET / 9am PT.

The exciting news regarding the docuseries, which focuses on the private life of beauty mogul, was delivered by Nikkie herself. The Dutch born influencer shared the first official trailer for the series, shot over the last 3 years, and wrote:

“This year I took control of my story to finally be free.”

YouTuber, who started her beauty channel in 2008 and reached 13 million subscribers in 12 years, continued her message as follows:

“Watch the trailer of my new docuseries, NikkieTutorials: Layers of Me, coming to @YouTube on December 28 🏳️‍⚧️✨ #NikkieTutorialsYT #YouTubeOriginals “

In the docuseries, directed by Dutch filmmaker Linda Hakeboom, de Jager will open up about the challenges she has experienced thoughout the years: The loss of her brother to cancer, bullying she endured when she was a child, and difficulties she had to face as a transwoman.

According to the teaser, de Jager will also get candid about her long-time partner, Dylan and their low-key relationship. It has been predicted that during the show, she would speak out being blackmailed regarding her gender.

To be released as a YouTube Original Series, ‘NikkieTutorials: Layers of Me’ would be seen for free through Nikkie’s YouTube channel. The first four episodes will be avaliable to watch for YouTube Premium subscriber on the last week of December, and new episodes will hit the platform each Monday.
