Actor Joe Alwyn is a great side-kick for his girlfriend Taylor Swift during the painful days.
Swift’s boyfriend of 4 years, is a perfect support system while the singer is trying to deal with both her mother Andrea Swift‘s health battle and the global pandemic. As fans might remember, mother Swift was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2015 and she was treated. However, after almost 4 years, cancer returned for a second time in 2019, when the singer was filming ‘Taylor Swift: Miss Americana.’
Regarding this issue, Swift opened up during an interview with Variety, earlier this year.
“She was going through chemo, and that’s a hard-enough thing for a person to go through. While she was going through treatment, they found a brain tumor. And the symptoms of what a person goes through when they have a brain tumor is nothing like what we’ve ever been through with her cancer before. So it’s just been a really hard time for us as a family.”
Thankfully Alwyn is by the singer’s side; according to ET Online, a source told that Swift has been focusing on her new records and her relationship with the actor. The source added the quarantine affected the singer positively because she wanted to spend time with her family and Alwyn, who is the “one constant in her life that she can truly rely on.” Continued:
“Joe has provided such a great support system for Taylor. Joe has helped Taylor with her music, inspiring it. She is so grateful for him and in love with him. He is her cheerleader and rock. They have spoken about their future together and they love celebrating the holidays together and are looking forward to that.”
Nowadays, it was claimed by Swift’s fans that the couple of four years were engaged finally. According to fans’ theory, Swift announced the engagement by changing the lyrics of her song ‘Love Story‘ in the new version.
“If you skip to 1:11 she says ‘said yes’ instead of ‘say yes’ so it’s confirmed Taylor is engaged.”
