Rapper Lil Pump, born Gazzy Garcia, was mistakenly introduced as “Little P*mp” by Donald Trump during his final presidential campaign rally at Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
While bringing him up on stage at the rally, Trump said:
“One of the big superstars of the world, Little P*mp!”
Then he quickly corrected himself, asked the rapper how is it going, and encouraged him to say something to the crowd. Trump also addressed the audiences and asked them whether they know who Lil Pump is.
“Do you know how big he is?”
One day after the rally, the 20-year-old rapper shared those moments through his verified Instagram account with the note that reads: “@realdonaldtrump & Lil p*mp”
The ‘Gucci Gang‘ hitmaker, endorsed Donald Trump by posting a photo of himself holding a Trump flag, on November 3. However, the criticism for his support for Trump was very quick. Mega model Bella Hadid, who is a vocal supporter of Joe Biden, was one of those who slammed the rapper. The sibling of Gigi Hadid, uploaded the aforementioned photo of Lil Pump to her Instagram stories and wrote that his act is so irresponsible and added:
“This kid is a loser.”
