Cardi B gave another chance to her marriage with Offset. Almost two months after she had filed for divorce from her husband, the rapper called off the divorce.
The other day, the ‘WAP‘ rapper took to Twitter and revealed why she had decided not to divorce from her 2-year-old daughter’s father. She rapper first said that she did not really want to talk about her relationship because she knew her followers were sick and tired of her going back and forth with Offset.
Then the mother of one continued by stressing that she was not in a physically and mentally abusive relationship; she had choices. Then she described her marriage as a “regular relationship” and told of the reason for her filing paperwork:
“If I want to go to an extreme to teach a n**** a f***ing lesson and f***ing file for divorce, I could do that. It’s my life. I’m not getting no f***ing abuse.”
The ‘Bodak Yellow‘ rapper stated that a relationship was not only about gifts, and added:
“If we work things out, we sit down and work things out and I tell a n**** what I don’t like and what I want to change when he tells me what he wants me to change what he wants me to stop doing.”
Cardi B concluded her words by saying that in case that divorce did not go to course, followers and the media would not even know what was going on between the couple. For this reason, the rapper asked her fans to stop commenting on this issue.
Cardi’s decision did not surprise anyone at all. As fans remember the couple, who have married for almost three years, were photographed together during B’s birthday party. A little after those moments, Offset announced through his verified Instagram that he was trying hard to win his lady back.
