The supermodel Bella Hadid used her verified Instagram account with 33 million followers one more time to urge her fans to vote in the upcoming presidential election in the United State of America.
Hadid, who is no stranger to make statements on social issues through social media channels, posted a series of photos herself wearing a T-shirt with “YOUR VOTE MATTERS.” With this t-shirt, designed by Micheal Kors, Hadid both completed her 90’s-inspired vintage style and gave strong a message to her fans and followers.
The model, demanding justice for police brutality victim Jacob Blake in the previous days, wrote as a caption:
“A PSA after work last night on my block… Shouting from the rooftops… With all the oxygen in my lungs… YOUR VOTE MATTERS!!!! 🗳🇺🇸🙏🏽✨ don’t forget to register and vote…”
Hadid, who joined London protests in 2017 against Trump’s decision regarding the capital of Israel and criticized the President at every turn, continued her calling for the vote:
“Over 17 million new voters and it’s up to us to change the narrative of America as we know it. Change is now !!!! VOTE !!!!!! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙I am voting for humanity… What are you voting for? @michaelkors tee shirt 👚”
Besides, it was announced through the official Instagram account for the brand Micheal Kors that the profits from this T-shirt would go to America’s premier legal organization, NAACP Legal Defense Fund, for fighting for racial justice.
