The well-known singer, songwriter, and actress Lady Gaga scooped 9 nominations for MTV Video Music Awards, including the nominations for Artist Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Collaboration, Best Pop, Best Quarantine Performance, Best Cinematography, Best Visual Effects, and Best Choreography.

Gaga celebrated the achievement she got with the ‘Chromatica’ on social media. She posted a selfie in daylight and began as follows:

“I am so grateful and so blessed to have 9 #VMAs nominations this year for my album Chromatica, for Rain On Me, and other performances I’ve given.”

The album blasted to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and demonstrated itself long before the nominations.

The ‘Just Dance’ singer also stated that everybody should get an award for coping with the painful days, she wrote:

“This is such a difficult time for people all over the world, I really honor how lucky I am to have a day like today. I hope you all will celebrate yourselves in this moment, everyone should be nominated for an award right now.”

The singer, who supported numerous organizations on Covid-19 and tried to raise awareness on the pandemic, concluded her words as follows:

For bravery, for courage, for the strong human spirit. God bless you and I love you thank you for this gift today. 😭❤️”
