Well-known singer, songwriter and record producer Usher, who introduced Justin Bieber to the world, took to his verified Instagram account on his 27th birthday to release a heartfelt message in honor of the day.

Marked as “Bieber’s Mentor,” Usher posted a photo of himself with the 27-year-old singer, whose latest musical release ‘Justice‘ will hit the music platforms on March 15, which was captured during their appearance in 2012 Billboard Music Awards, and added a lengthy caption to mark the day. He began as follows:

“I love you and I’m proud of you JB…the man, the husband, the human, the friend. Life only makes you better in time…just stay present and God will handle the rest.”

Usher Raymond IV then apologized to the young musician for the late post; however, he also stated that he had already sung the Happy Birthday song to him in the morning. The fifth-most awarded artist at the Billboard Music Awards, then referred to the 2012 Billboard Award ceremony where Bieber grabbed an award for Social Artist, and wrote:

“In this moment (photo), I couldn’t have been more nervous for and proud of you. Obviously, you won that night but regardless. Win or Lose …. Big Bruh will always be there.”

As fans might remember, Bieber launched his first musical release after he had signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG) which is a joint venture between well-known manager Scooter Braun and Usher. Even though Bieber made a great success with the help of their collaboration, as known, they faced a $10M copyright lawsuit over their hit ‘Somebody to Love‘ after R&B singer De Rico and songwriter Mareio Overton filed for the copyright issues.
