‘True Detective’ Star Michelle Monaghan Releases A Tribute To Olivia Rodrigo As She Reveals That She Has Been Listening To ‘SOUR’ Non-Stop Since Its Release

Olivia Rodrigo‘s new album called ‘Sour‘ is so successful that her industry friends can’t stop voicing their admiration for her!

On May 26, the Hollywood star Michelle Monaghan fired up her social media accounts in order to announce Rodrigo as the “woman crush Wednesday.” Monaghan, who has garnered high praises for her performance as ‘Eva Geller’ in the well-known Netflix show ‘Messiah‘ posted a photo of Rodrigo and released a lengthy message to acclaim her.

After describing the Disney Channell alumni as a uber-talented person, the ‘True Detective‘ star stated that she is now obsessed with her first studio album ‘Sour.’ Monaghan began her message by shortly introducing (again) the ‘Bizaardvark‘ star to her fans and followers:

“Known for her characters in the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark as well as High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Olivia has quite literally taken the world by storm since the release of her debut single Drivers License in January. Not to mention, she broke the @Spotify record for most streams for a song in a single week with this hit!”

After reminding her followers that the young star broke the music platforms’ records, the 45-year-old praised Rodrigo for having achieved so many things just at the age of 18. As a big fan of the young singer, Monaghan admitted that she has been listening to the album over and over again for a while. In her own words:

“It’s so refreshing to see this deserving young woman accomplish so much at just 18 years old and I can’t wait to see where her bright future takes her. Also, I have to say, SOUR has been on repeat since it was released and I simply can’t get enough of Happier!”

As fans already know, Olivia Rodrigo dropped her very first album back on May 21, through Geffen Records.
