Swizz Beatz Says He Is Changing His Lifestyle To Be Able To Walk Or Play His Kids

Well-known musician and record producer Swizz Beatz revealed his new lifestyle, which includes radical changes regarding his eating habits, through his verified Instagram account.

The rapper, born Kasseem Dean, posted a photo of himself, lying on a bathtub while enjoying the amazing mountain view, and added a caption announcing that he is returning to his vegan lifestyle, which is totally based on raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, or plant foods.

The ‘Ring the Alarm‘ producer showed his desire to spend time with his children as the reason for this root-and-branch & healthy change. The father of 5, wrote as follows:

“Enough is Enough !! I’m officially going back to my vegan lifestyle! Not being able to walk or play with my kids is not cool! This GOUT life is not for me at all🥵 No shellfish 🙈 No red meat 😳 90% less Red wines & whisky 🤬”

Dean, who has been marked as one of the Top 50 Greatest Hip-Hop Producers, highlighted the importance of eating healthy while respecting the right to life of all the living creature in nature:

“Okay 2021 I hear you loud and clear let’s get to it 🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾 Your health is your true wealth 🙏🏽 Blessings to all🙌🏽”

As known, the rapper, who totally changed his eating habits to be together with his children longer, welcomed his first two children, Nasir Dior, also known as Note Marcato, and  Nichole Levy in 2000, with singer Mashonda Tifrere. After the couple had married in 2004, their son, Kasseem Dean Jr. was born on December 26. However, Dean and Tifrere filed for divorce in 2008.

Then the producer announced his engagement with singer & songwriter Alicia Keys in 2010, and the couple welcomed their first child together, Egypt Daoud Dean in October 2010. After almost four years, the second child of the famous duo, Genesis Ali Dean was born in December.
