The well-known singer Shawn Mendes appeared on Tuesday’s ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon‘ and told about the pleasure of spending the lockdown period with his girlfriend Camila Cabello.
During the virtual interview, when the show’s host Jimmy Fallon asked Mendes where he was, the singer responded by saying that he was at her girlfriend’s house in Miami. The singer, who dropped his latest musical release ‘Wonder‘ on December 4, mentioned his quarantine experience in Cabello’s home.
“It’s funny. When I got here, it was like the beginning of the album process and I was like in a full panic state. I was like, ‘There’s no way I’m going to make music. This is going to be impossible.'”
Then ‘Treat You Better‘ singer got used to the routines and could create his upcoming album also titled ‘Wonder.’
“But like a week goes by and you start cooking eggs in the morning, you start doing laundry and taking dogs for walks, and you like have a coffee mug that you use the same one every day, and it just becomes like really nice.”
Mendes later stated that having an orderly life was “abnormal” for him, however, he liked this kind of domestic life because he had been living in hotel rooms due to his long-run tours:
“I’ve basically been living in hotel rooms since I was 15. So it’s been nice, man, it’s been really nice.”
