Rihanna Pays Tribute After The Sudden Death Of The Trans Icon Sophie: “Still Can’t Believe This”

The globally known artist and the owner of Fenty empire, Rihanna, mourned the death of Sophie Xeon, who was a young Scottish musician, and shared snaps taken together in a music studio on her Instagram account.

Sophie was a pioneer in hyperkinetic take on pop music and she was a successful musician who worked with many valuable names such as Rihanna, Madonna, Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga. However, at the age of 34, she fell from the roof of her house while trying to watch the full moon in Athens, Greece and saddened everyone with her sudden death.

The trans icon devastated not only her fans but also the music industry because she had a unique style and a surreal talent for music. The nine-time Grammy-winner Rihanna, normally doesn’t post photos other than herself, but this time it was different as she lost a name that she loved and respected. She paid tribute after Sophie’s death sharing snaps with the musician working together in a studio.

The 32-year-old star wrote the following caption describing the news as heartbreaking:

“Still can’t believe this. Rest Peacefully Sophie. 💔 🙏🏿”
