One of the world’s best-selling music artists, Rihanna, the ambassador of education, investment, and tourism of Barbados, asked 100 million followers to donate to Beirut blast victims.
As already known, two huge explosions that ripped through Beirut occurred on August 4 and at least 171 people killed and 6,000 wounded.
Alongside a photo of Lebanese flag, the world-famous singer and musician Rihanna shared the following message:
“Beirut has recently experienced a very devastating explosion that has left many people dead, injured, displaced from homes, families sleeping in the streets with their children and hospitals overcrowded due to the influx of injured patients seeking immediate medical attention – paired with the damage many of the hospital buildings have endured!”
After highlighting the shocking truths regarding the explosions, she encouraged her millions of followers to help the people of Beirut by saying:
“If you would like to assist in the emergency response to the people of Beirut who have been affected by this, please feel free to donate to any of these organizations @preemptivelove @impact.lebanon @sadalsuudfoundation @savethechildren”
