Melvin Noble, as known as Mo3, passed away following a highway 35 near Clarendon Drive shooting on November 11, in Dallas. The rapper was 28.
According to media outlets, personalities, and the Dallas Police Department, Mo3, best known for ‘Errybody (Remix),’ was killed Wednesday afternoon; the suspect, who was described as a Black male, approached Mo3 after stopping his dark sedan and shot the rapper with a firearm while he was trying to run southbound on the highway.
FOX 4 News Dallas-Fort Worth reported:
“Both men stopped their vehicles, the victim got out and started running but was shot several times on the highway.”
Then the rapper laid down in the middle of the highway; someone tried to help him, however, it was not enough to save him.
Even though the Dallas Police Department did not publicly confirm the rapper, they stated that the suspect did not suffer life-threatening injuries according to the first investigation, and added no arrests have been made.
Fans of the Dallas-based rapper, who previously was the victim of a 2019 shooting, took to social media channels to react to the devastating news.
“RIP MO3. I’m a fan of his music. Don’t know if they even make words for how 2020 turned out. His son lost his father today,” wrote one of his fans, on Twitter.
“Rip Mo3. A truly talented, respectful, and humble guy. I’m blessed to have had the opportunity to share talents with him in the studio while he was alive, you’ll be missed,” added, another.
