Alecia Beth Moore, known by her stage name Pink made a statement on her personal Instagram account on July 13 and fulminated against the people who do not take the required precautions to avoid coronavirus, such as wearing a mask.
The Grammy Award-winning artist posted a photo of herself while wearing double-mask, and revealed that she has asthma, in the caption:
“I have asthma and I’m wearing TWO masks!”
Then, the ‘What About Us’ singer targeted the people without masks during the coronavirus pandemic:
“I’m breathing fine and I’m not a selfish idiot! WEAR A MASK IT’S NOT THAT HARD.”
As might be recalled, Pink had tested positive for COVID-19 in April and said that the illness was serious and real.
As, one of the patients who recovered, the singer warned people via this post.
However, the responses from fans were overwhelmingly negative. Many fans with asthma expressed that wearing a mask is not as easy as she declares. One of her followers asked:
“How can you honestly say you’re breathing fine with two masks tho? I’ve been wearing a mask when at work and it’s killing me?”
