Model Paulina Porizkova, who has been under media coverage for a while due to her heart-stopping, highly revealing fashion shoots, jumped into her verified Instagram account the other day to speak out about a “double-standard” targeting the women in ‘Friends’ cast.

Porizkova, who gained millions of followers on Instagram with the help of her honest posts, first released the official poster for HBO Max’s ‘Friends: The Union,’ then pointed out female stars, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow, and stated that they are looking perfect while the male stars of the series are “not looking good at all.”

Unlike many fans and followers, Porizkova did not read it as a good thing; the mother-of-two claimed that this is the result of society’s pressure on women to be beautiful. Underneath the photo, the former model wrote:

“What an amazing series with such a talented cast! But the reason I wanted to post this photo is something else. Does anything about this pic stand out to you? What strikes me, is how these gorgeous women haven’t aged a day, while the guys certainly have.”

One of the most-known models all around the world, continued her message as follows:

“It certainly reinforces the double standard I’m trying to address. I am not talking about personal choices here, they are all beautiful and super talented. I’m speaking society-wise, how this is the norm and I bet most of you didn’t give it a second thought.”

Including well-known names of the celebs world, a great number of people jumped into the comment section to state that they totally agree with her.
