As seen in the video, Miley is wearing a black bikini in an outdoor area and her new pixie hair that is given to her by her mom is drawing attention.
She also captioned this video she recorded to promote her sister, Noah Cyrus’ new release ‘The End of Everything EP’ as follows:

Noah Cyrus, who declared last month that she hides from the world to protect herself against the comparisons to Miley and father Billy Ray Cyrus, introduced her album successfully with the help of this video just in a short time.
