Well-known singer, songwriter, and music producer Miguel became sociable to lead a heartfelt tribute to Los Angeles Dodgers’ legend, Tommy Lasorda.
The ‘Kaleidoscope Dream‘ hitmaker took to Instagram once the news regarding that Lasorda had passed away on January 7, at the age of 93. Miguel shared a pair of photos, including an image of Doom mask and a photo of Lasorda in Dodgers jersey, and added a highly touching caption to honor him.
“Couple legends that’s mean a lot to me passed. DOOM is unparalleled. Real living legend and true 1 of 1.”
After describing Lasorda, who died of sudden cardiopulmonary arrest at his home, as a real legend, Miguel continued praising him by pointing out his achievements throughout his career:
“Should be inducted to rock and roll hall of fame. Lasorda passed this am. Probably one of the most iconic baseball coaches in baseball history.”
Then ‘All I Want Is You’ singer recalled that Lasorda won the World Series as the manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and he highlighted his career full of success:
“I was 3 years old in 1988 when the Dodgers won the World Series, which was the last time before last year. Just gratitude for their perseverance and authenticity 🙏🏾”
On December 1, Lasorda was hospitalized in intensive care for heart problems, after being released, he entered sudden cardiac arrest. O January 7, Lasorda’s death was confirmed by his team, Los Angeles Dodgers which he spent 71 seasons with.
