Italian singer and actor Michele Morrone, best known for portraying ‘Massimo Torricelli‘ in the movie,’365,’ updated his Instagram feed with a heart-warming photo collage and announced that his latest single is devoted to his father’s legacy.
The ‘Duetto’ posted a photo collage, which includes the two version of the same father & son poses, and clarified it by saying:
“1996 a picture with my father in his favorite place the beach. I was 6 years old in this picture. I can still remember the smell of the salty sea 🌊 2020 a picture of me and my son Marcus in our favorite place, the beach. I am 30 years old now and Marcus was 6 as well in this photograph.”
Morrone then wrote that life is always filled with unexpected events that led people to change; however, the memories always are here. The artist also added that he cherishes the memories he shared with his father, and remember them almost every day.
The 30-year-old declared that the new music video for ‘Dad’ was created under the lights of the memories of the father, by using real footage. He wrote:
“Most of my memories with my father can be seen in the new video of my song “dad”. The song and the video are so close to my heart. Keep your loved ones close and your close ones loved ❤️”
Here are the lyrics of the song:
“I’ve got a feeling / I don’t want you to cry / And now I mean it / Those days not over / And you’re still my reason to feel it / I don’t want you to cry / You know I mean it.”
Even though Morrone has not disclosed the identity of his father Natale, it was known that he was passed away in 2003, when the actor was just 12. After the passing of Natale, who worked as a construction worker, Morrone had to move to Melegnano with her beloved mother, Angela.
