Lenny Kravitz Reveals On His Birthday That He Is In The Best Mood At The Age Of 57: “I Have Never Felt Better Physically, Mentally And Spiritually”

Is Lenny Kravitz getting younger and refreshing each year? His latest Instagram post says “yes”!

On May 26, one of the most-known rock stars, Lenny Kravitz released a couple of “cool” shots in order to celebrate his 57th birthday as he proves that he is a real-life “Benjamin Button.”

To mark the milestone, the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards, Radio Music Awards, and Brit Awards, went to his Instagram account with a two-photo-gallery in which he is seen in a totally white suit without a shirt. Alongside the photos showing him in the sea while he is fully dressed, the musician added a caption that reads:

“Waking up on this birthday morning all I could do was thank God for the journey so far. I have never felt better physically, mentally or spiritually and I am ready for more.”

After stating that he is currently in the best mood and shape in his entire life, Kravitz continued his birthday post as follows:

“Not things or possessions, but purpose. Love is everything… to receive and to give. Love can heal us all and for that I am grateful.”

In a quite short time, the musician received numerous comments confirming that he is really in “the best shape” by pointing out his six-packs plus muscles. The 57-year-old, who appeared in various Hollywood features thorough his career, also got the following messages through the comments section:

“Love you len! Happy birthday!!!” wrote, ‘The Good Place’ actor D’Arcy Carden

“Happy Birthday Brother” added, well-known singer-songwriter Cris Cab.
