LeBron James Releases First Look At ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’: “Let’s Go!”

Legendary basketball player LeBron James is returning to Looney Tunes world with the upcoming animated sports comedy film ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy‘!

James, who previously appeared in the 1996 dated film ‘Space Jam,’ jumped into her verified Instagram account and shared her first look at the sequel directed by Malcolm D. Lee. On June 8, the four-time NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award-winning basketball player shared five different shots from the film and added a message that reads:

“Welcome to the Space Jam!!! And also the LeBron19. Let’s go!”

Through his above-mentioned post, James also heralded that his new custom-designed basketball shoes are about to out. What’s more, the post received a great number of comments. Here are some of them:

“The King has arrived. Let’s Jam!” wrote the official Instagram page for Space Jam Movie. 

“The 19 looks like it’s from the future” added the official Instagram page for Slam Kicks. 

As known, the filming for the upcoming film starring Don Cheadle, Khris Davis, Sonequa Martin-Green, Cedric Joe, Jeff Bergman, and Eric Bauza, began back in 2019 in California. A couple of days ago, it was officially announced that Zendaya became a part of the film as a voice actor for a Looney Tunes character.

Produced by Ryan Coogler, LeBron James, Maverick Carter and Duncan Henderson, the film is going to be released on July 16, 2021, through HBO Max.
