Lana Del Rey Says Wearing A Cast In Her Recent Music Video Is Not Symbolic, She Really Breaks Her Arm

Well-known singer & songwriter Lana Del Rey told the world through her verified Instagram account that she had broken her arm after a skating crash.

Rey posted a series of photos, one of which sees her wearing a cast, and declared that the arm cast is not a symbol using for her second music video off her album ‘Chemtrails Over the Country Club.’ The ‘Let Me Love You Like a Woman’ wrote:

“When you see my second video for this album, don’t think that the fact I’m wearing a cast is symbolic for anything other than thinking I was still a pro figure skater.”

Then the 35-year-old singer revealed how she fractured her arm by saying:

I wiped out on my beautiful skates before the video even began after a long day of figure eights and jumps in the twilight of the dezert.”

The ‘Summertime Sadness‘ hitmaker concluded her message by stating that there is no reason to worry and she is okay now:

“Anyways my fracture isn’t that bad kind of goes with my new bucket hat. Thanks to my beautiful family for my gifts.”

Following the post, Rey received countless messages through the comment section; her fans, followers, and friends sent their good wishes to the singer who is recovering.

As fans already knew, Rey is gearing up to release her upcoming seventh studio album ‘Chemtrails Over the Country Club’ in 2021. Before the album release, she launched ‘Let Me Love You Like a Woman‘ from the said album back on October 16.

On December 13, she performed the song as the musical guest on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.’ Because of the ring, she was wearing during her performance, the engagement rumors came out, as may the followers might recall.
