For this special event, the 35-year-old singer wore a one-shoulder, form-fitting white dress that shows off her baby bump, and sang her latest single ‘Daisies‘ and her 2010 hit ‘Firework.’

After YouTube’s four-hour graduation ceremony, Katy Perry shared those moments through her Instagram page and wrote the followings as a caption:

#DearClassof2020, I hope in the midst of all that is happening in the world, you can take a moment to celebrate the accomplishment of graduating.”

One of the world’s best-selling music artists, Perry added the following words to encourage the newly-graduated students, who couldn’t throw a graduation ceremony because of coronavirus pandemic:

You are the future, and I know you will take everything you’ve learned to make the world a better place. Never let em change you 💛”
