Tattoo artist Kat Von D is gearing up to make her name in the music industry. After years of tattoo works and reality shows, Kat Von D now is releasing a single, titled ‘Exorcism.’
The ‘LA Ink’ star announced the news through her verified Instagram account. By giving her fans & followers a glimpse from her upcoming music video for the said single, Von D delivered the news with the following message:
“Who’s ready for the release of my first single?! 🖤 Can’t wait to finally share with you the music video for “Exorcism” and introduce you to my beautiful band, and the music we’ve worked so hard to make for you!”
Alongside the short video, in which the television personality is appearing in her iconic, gothic style with a long sleeve black dress and her signature haircut, she also announced the members of her band: Dave Parley, Sammi Doll, Gregg Foreman, and Brynn Route. Through the post, Von D heralded the single and companion music video are coming “very soon.”
Even though ‘Exorcism’ is the first single of the well-known artist, she is not unfamiliar with singing. As fans might remember, Kat Von D contributed to the Finnish gothic rock band The 69 Eyes‘ ‘Rosary Blue’ song as a female vocal, in 2012. After four years, she provided vocals for Prayers‘ ‘Black Leather,’ and she also appeared in the music video for the song.
What’s more, the TV personality featured on two songs by synth-wave band Gunship, ‘Black Blood,’ and ‘Red Kiss’ in 2018. The same year, she also appeared on IAMX‘s ‘Alive in New Light’ album, on three songs.
