Kanye West Says He Voted For Himself In 2020 US Election

Kanye West, who announced in July through Twitter that he would run in the 2020 presidential election, took to Instagram in order to declare that he voted for a candidate “he truly trusts.” While the vote-counting process was going on, West posted a pair of photos that he appears voting. Then he confirmed that he voted for himself in the presidential election by writing a caption that reads:

“Today I voted for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it’s for someone I truly trust…me. 🇺🇸 “

Even though West was highly proud of himself for his act, a good number of followers including notable names of celebs world claimed that he did not vote for himself but for his ego.

West, who held his first rally on July 19, also wrote “KANYE 2024” through Twitter hinted that he would also run for the next presidential election in the United States.

He continued tweeting concerning his voting for himself. In another tweet, West repeated that he voted for the first time in his life, and added that he is here to serve; he prays for every servant leader in the world.

Meanwhile, his wife, Kim Kardashian West took to Instagram and uploaded a black and photo of herself showing an “I VOTED” sticker. The media personality urged people not to get out of line and to stay for hitting the polls.
