JoJo Siwa, the well-known ‘Dance Moms‘ contestant, and YouTuber graced the cover of PEOPLE magazine April issue, and expressed her excitement with a couple of social media posts.
On April 10, the dancer and singer released a photo from a supermarket she visited to see the hard copy of the magazine issue. Alongside the photo showing the magazine on the shelf, Siwa wrote the following message as a caption:
“Today is the day! The issue of @people where I’m on the cover is on the stands now. So happy with how this turned out. I’m really happy to share with the world the happiest side of my life.”
Following Siwa’s post, her friends and family jumped into the comments section to congratulate her; in addition to sending comments, her mother Jessalynn Siwa updated her Instagram feed with the cover of the magazine and added the note that reads:
“So incredibly proud, humbled, grateful, excited, honored, happy. I can not thank everyone enough for all the love you show JoJo every day I always tell her as your mom I don’t mind sharing you with the world as long as the world loves you.”
In the interview with the magazine, JoJo got candid about coming out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and opened up about her relationship with her new girlfriend. As fans might remember, back in February, the media personality revealed that she has been in love with “the most perfect person.”
