Hayley Kiyoko Does Her First In-Person Concert While COVID-19 Is Slowly Down: “Cannot Believe!”

Hayley Kiyoko, who has garnered high praises both for her latest single ‘Chance‘ and its music video directed by herself, hit the stage on June 5 since before the deadly coronavirus pandemic!

While the vaccination is going really fast in the US, musicians started to meet their audiences within open-air concerts where certain pandemic measures are taken. As one of them, well-known actor and singer performed at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Pride Month! The singer shared those moments through her verified Instagram account.

Actually a day before the concert, Kiyoko jumped into her social media accounts and showed that she and her team already started to prepare for the concert. After releasing a couple of photos from the rehearsal, Kiyoko wrote the following message in order to express her excitement regarding the upcoming show:

Reunited and it feels so good!”

On June 5, she became sociable again and shared a series of photos of herself enjoying the stage before the show; alongside the photos, in which she is seen wearing a colorful hoodie, jean shorts, and old school sneakers, the singer wrote:

Cannot believe we are about to do our first in-person concert since before the pandemic, this is actually happening! And during pride. WOW. This is gonna be emosh…”

The show held at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum was able to be seen only by CA residents because of the pandemic. What’s more, it was obligatory that wearing a mask all the time.
