‘No Doubt’ singer Gwen Stefani is gearing up to fill Christmas with lots of joy.
The Voice coach delivered the exciting news through her verified Instagram account: She released a new music video full of holiday spirit for her Christmas song ‘Here This Christmas.’
The music video went live on YouTube on November 17. In the video, writer and producer Ryan Tedder also appears alongside Stefani, who records the song in her home studio.
As fans already have known, the holiday song, which is a reissue of a deluxe edition of Stefani’s first full-length Christmas-themed album, ‘You Make It Feel Like Christmas‘, was released on October 23, 2020. During its first release, the song reached no.16 on the Billboard 100 albums chart and sold almost 10.000 copies in its first week.
The song includes the following lyrics.
“Don’t need presents under the tree / Don’t need snow and caroling / I don’t need a lot of wishes / I just need you here this Christmas / Woo-hoo, here this Christmas.
Silver bells and mistletoe / Everywhere you look it’s glistening / Say you’re on your way back home / You’re the only thing that’s missing.”
According to the singer’s post shared in October on Instagram, ‘Here This Christmas’ will be the theme song to Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown To Christmas.”
Regarding the song, Michelle Vicary from Crown Media Family Networks said in a statement, according to Entertainment Weekly:
