Elton John, one of the most successful male solo artists of all time, acclaimed Demi Lovato with a short video from her 2021 docuseries ‘Dancing with the Devil.’
As fans may know, the multiple-time Grammy-winning musician appeared as a guest in the docuseries; in the video, John addressed the singer, who opened up about her 2018 overdose in the documentary and its accompanying album ‘Dancing with the Devil… The Art of Starting Over,’ with these words:
“Demi Lovato is God. She is fantastic. She is perfect.”
Then the two-time Academy Award winner appreciated the young star’s courage to be so sincere about her struggles through the docuseries. He continued:
“But of course, we’re not perfect. We’re all human beings. She is human and she is adorable and she is brave.”
John released the abovementioned video where he praised Demi Lovato’s bravery through his verified Twitter account. Along with the video, the 74-year-old star added the following note:
“For @ddlovato to make this film about what she went through is so brave. Your courage will inspire countless others and I’m honoured to be in your documentary Exx #DemiDWTD”
In return, the ‘Camp Rock‘ star retweeted John’s video with a pair of heart emojis, and showed her love for the legendary musician.
