Dua Lipa became the star of the 78th Grammy Awards with its unique stage performance after years of backlashes regarding that she could not dance.
As known, the ‘Future Nostalgia‘ hitmaker received 6 Grammy nominations this year as Album of The Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. In addition to these noms, she amazed the audiences with her ‘Levitating‘ and ‘Don’t Start Now‘ performance at 2021 Grammys night.
After getting numerous accolades for her stage performance, Lipa jumped into her verified Instagram account to say that she would not have done it without her crew. The singer released a series of photos of herself from the night and celebrated having more than 7 million views on YouTube in a quite short time. She wrote:
“Over 7 million views on our Grammy performance in less than 24hrs and #1 trending on @youtube !!! I wanna say a big thank you to my incredible team that helped put this together 💖 thank you @charmladonna and @aclark_4 without you two I wouldn’t be the performer I am today!”
Then the young artist continued praising her team with kind words:
“Thank you @ceremony.london and @wfblive my day 1s we’ve done the smallest shows together from performing to 10 people to doing laps around the world and thank you Kathy @permpressmedia you’ve been working your little butt off and we make the best team! Grateful for everyday that I get to do what I love!!! 💖”
At the end of her caption, Lipa did not skip thanking her dancers, and admitted that it took an army to make this show look easy.
