British singer & songwriter Dua Lipa, who recently received the Powerhouse Award with the presentation of Bernie Sanders at Billboard Women in Music, has now another thing for her to be proud of: She graced the cover of British Vogue‘s February issue.
Lipa, having featured on the magazine’s cover for the second time, wore a blonde short wig, barely no-makeup plus a Giorgio Armani dress, for her cover appearance. To deliver the exciting news, the young singer shared the cover through her verified Instagram account.
Alongside the photo, Lipa added the following message to express her satisfaction with featuring the cover of one of the most-known fashion magazines all around the world:
“Kicking off 2021 like the true chameleon that I am!”
Then the ‘Future Nostalgia‘ hitmaker praised the editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful, for making one of her dreams come true:
“Thank you @edward_enninful I will never forget all the love & support you have given me throughout my career and for giving me my 2nd @britishvogue cover!! 🤍🤍🤍 this was such a dream come true and I feel lucky to have worked with some real legends on this one 🦋”
Following that post, the ‘Prisoner’ singer released another photo in which she is wearing a wavy red wig, and let her fans and followers to see her in a way they have not seen before. Both posts received great admiration from fans.
Apart from being a February cover star, Lipa, who has six Grammy nominations this year, also appeared on Vogue U Homeschool Series and shared her own story in intimacy.
