Dolly Parton Reveals Her 75th Birthday Wish With A Touching Post Accompanied With A TBT Photo

Academy Award-nominated artist Dolly Parton turned 75 on January 19 and marked the milestone with a heartfelt Instagram post on that special day.

Following receiving numerous birthday tributes from notable names in the celebs world, the ‘God Only Knows‘ singer updated her Instagram feed with a black and white TBT photo, which is supposed to have been taken in the early years of her career, and revealed her birthday wish.

Then the five-time Academy of Country Music Award winner took to the caption section and thanked her fans, friends and followers for the love they showed on her birthday and then unveiled her wish:

“This year my wish is a call for kindness. We can’t just hope for a brighter day, we have to work for a brighter day. Love too often gets buried in a world of hurt and fear.”

Parton, who recently came up with the news regarding that she had donated $1M dollar to Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine efforts, continued her message as follows:

“We have to work to dig it out so we can share it with our family, our friends and our neighbors. So today, January 19th, let’s get to unearthing love.”

Parton’s touching message did not go unanswered; her industry friends flooded the comment section to send their congratulatory messages to the living legend.

“Happy Birthday you angel!!! We are so grateful you exist ✨✨” wrote, well-known plus-size model Tess Holiday.

“Happy birthday Dolly 🎂❤️” added, the official Instagram page for Billboard.

“Happiest birthday!! ✨✨✨” said, author Jenna Bush Hager.

After sharing the abovementioned post, Parton released a series of birthday wishes she received from her fans & followers, through Instagram Stories, and showed off how much she is loved by a great number of people, at any age.
