Demi Lovato announced her new collaboration, titled ‘My Reputation,’ with Lil Duval and Jeezy for Jeezy’s new arrival, ‘The Recession 2,’ which is the sequel to the 2008 dated original ‘Recession.’

The exciting news regarding the track, which released at midnight on November 19, has been delivered by Lovato herself, through her verified social media accounts. The singer, who recently appeared as the host of the People’s Choice Awards and cracked jokes about her split from Max Enrich, went to Twitter and told the world about her new collab she is highly excited for.

She wrote in all in capital letters that the song would hit the music platforms on Thursday, and addressed her fan group, named “Lovatics” by saying:

You all know what to do Lovatics!! Show some love!!!!”

Then the ‘Sorry Not Sorry‘ singer, who rocks with her new hair cut, congratulated Jeezy. What’s more, alongside the tweet, Lovato teases the song with a selfie video, that she is seen singing along to the track.

The song includes the following lyrics:

“I ain’t got no questions / Don’t care what they say / And I will never listen / Just me and my baby,” she belts out. “Tonight we got a session / Victory’s right in your face tonight / You know who’s runnin’ this race tonight/ I’ma run no relay tonight.”

As fans remember, Jeezy announced his 10th studio album, featuring collaborations with Yo Gotti, Ne-Yo, Rick Ross, and E-40, a few months ago. Concerning his album, the rapper said in a press statement:

“It just really inspired me to touch on some of that, but at the same time, motivate my people and give them something to help them through these times and to celebrate, because the shift is happening.”
