Two-time Grammy nominee Demi Lovato finally spoke up about the things that happened in 2020; regarding the new musical release, her split from ex-fiance Max Ehrich, and the global pandemic.
Lovato appeared as a guest on Today With Hoda & Jenna and carried out a virtual interview on November 14. During the interview, the singer revealed that 2020 make her learned so much, even in a bitter way.
When she was asked, “What is this year been like for you?” she first said she does not know how anybody can answer that question, and then stated:
“It’s been such a roller coaster. I mean, honestly, for me, the beginning of the year started out, I was on this trajectory to have a pretty eventful career.”
As known, in 2020, even though Lovato made good for her career by releasing new songs and performing the national anthem in the super bowl, she broke off her engagement with actor Max Ehrich. The singer, who is staying low key about her split, continued by saying that she was planning her comeback with an album; however, she did not drop the said album because she had so much experience.
Despite the canceled career plans, Lovato said that she now knows that she is okay with herself.
“I think the most important thing that I’ve learned is how much I am OK with myself and loving myself.”
The ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ singer concluded her words by saying that this year has been brought joy to her life in little ways since she started exploring herself.
