One of the most recognized DJs all around the world, D-Nice is making one of his biggest dreams coming true.

D-Nice, who gave a start to his music career in the 1980s with the well-known hip-hop group Boogie Down Productions, took to his verified Instagram account on March 4 and released a photo of himself with musical ensemble Larrance Dopson and Jaha Johnson to announce the exciting news.

Alongside the photo in which the three are seen wearing coronavirus masks, D-Nice, born Derrick Jones declared that he began working on his DJ album he has wanted for more than 10 years. In his words:

“I’ve wanted to make my DJ album for nearly a decade. It’s wonderful to see it all coming together now. I think the best part of it is that artists are asking to be on the project.”

Expressing his happiness about the amount of love he has been receiving, the well-known musician clarified the photo by saying:

“I had a fantastic meeting with @rance1500 of @1500ornothin. Thank you, bro! My bro @jahajohnson has been the person to make this project with. Let’s go!

As soon as D-Nice, who has two albums as ‘Call Me D-Nice‘ and ‘To tha Rescue‘ so far, had released the abovementioned post, his numerous industry friends jumped into the comments section to show their support. Here are some of these messages:
