Well-known DJ Derrick Jones, better known by his stage name D-Nice took to his verified Instagram account on February 23 to remember good & old days.
The musician, who received his very first NAACP Image Awards Nominations in previous days, posted a black and white Focus Magazine page that includes his interview and a photo that sees him in his late teens, and showed off that he made a great and long way throughout the years to become D-Nice.
Alongside the photo, Jones wrote that hilarious message as a caption:
“Baby Zaddy! 😂😂😂 See, what had happened was… 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️😂😂 I was really out in them NYC streets trying to be a sex symbol at 18 years old. 😂😂😩😩”
Then the “Baby Zaddy” became a little bit serious and stated that he is proud of the things he had done for his career throughout the long years:
“I’ve been involved in music nearly my entire life. What a journey! #aNiceLife”
As soon as the musician, who rose to fame as a member of hip hop group Boogie Down Productions in the mid80s, had released the post, a number of Instagram users jumped into the comments section to send funny comments on his TBT shot. Here are some of them:
