Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Lose Their Third Baby Due To Pregnancy Complications

Chrissy Teigen, the well-known television personality, revealed that she and husband John Legend had lost their unborn son because of pregnancy complications. As one’s remember, Teigen was hospitalized due to excessive bleeding during pregnancy a few days ago. Following the days spending at the hospital, the fears came true.

The TV host released the terrible news through her social media channels. On Instagram, she issued a lengthy statement alongside a series of black and white photos that she appears in the hospital with her husband. She began:

“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.”

Then Teigen stated that she and Legend called their third baby “Jack” even though they had not named their children – Luna and Miles – until the last possible moment. She added that the little baby would always be Jack to them, and would go on to be a part of their family forever.

Later, the model and the cookbook author addressed Jack said she was really sorry:

“To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive. We will always love you.”

However, the mother of two concluded her message by expressing that she and her entire family could cope with these days:

“We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we’ve been able to experience. But every day can’t be full of sunshine.  On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.”

Following the post, the couple’s industry friends jumped into the comment section and sent their condolence and support messages.

“We’re always here for you and love you guys so much” wrote, Kim Kardashian West.

“Big virtual hug of love, love, love” added, Viola Davis.

“I’m so so sorry. Thinking of you and John, praying for you guys and sending you so much love during this time. ❤️” commented, Hailey Bieber. 

“My heart breaks for you and John. I am so sorry for your loss. Sending you and your family so much love. Love you beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️” said, Paris Hilton.
