Carey Hart Tells Of His Brazil Trip That Was Truly The Beginning of His Freestyle Career

Professional off-road truck racer, freestyle motocross competitor, and motorcycle racer Carey Hart went to his verified Instagram account the other day to tell the world how his freestyle career began.

Hart, who gained further media attention following married to the world’s one of the most recognized singers, Pink, first posted a TBT photo of himself with his motorcycle racer Denny Stephenson that was taken in 1996 in Brazil.

Alongside the photo, Hart stated that they did a film trip to Brazil for Crusty Demons of Dirt and spend 3 weeks traveling from São Paulo to Rio. Stating that that was an absolutely amazing trip, the well-known racer continued:

“I was traveling w/ a bunch of guys I looked up too. We had 5 of us stuffed into a pick up truck and the only cassette tape we had was The Doors. The trip was absolute chaos and we raised hell like no other. Traveling through Brazil really put things into perspective for me on how lucky I was to live the life that I do.”

Saying that spending time in Brazil was sort of challenging due to that most people didn’t speak English, Hart then mentioned their last night full of adventures:

“We went to a nightclub. Denny told some monster of a guy to fu*k off, but he was the only person we crossed that could speak English. As he went for Denny, I ran full steam, punched him in the face to save Denny from a beating.”

Even though the night was kind of problematic, according to the father of two it was a perfect point to start his freestyle career:

“This was truly the beginning of my freestyle career. The rest is history. My only complaint on the trip? My eggs were always runny 👎.”

It seems the Brazil trip made Hart one of the most known extreme sports athletes. Head this way to view the mentioned Instagram post.
